Lillie is a very sweet and playful 2yr 9mo Shih Tzu girl. She must have another playful dog in her new home.

She is a bit unsure of new situations.  Lillie is cautious when meeting new people but quickly warms up to new people she meets. She loves other dogs and wants to engage with them and play! Sh e loves squeaky toys, balls and playing tug.

Lillie enjoys playing with her foster siblings and getting a lot of cuddles and scratches from her foster humans. She also enjoys chewing on a yak chew, hoof or bully stick!  She dislikes being bothered while she is sleeping.
Lillie is very playful and has no problem jumping in and tumbling around with dogs twice her size. She likes to be where her human and her fur friends are. Being only 12.7 lbs Lillie has no problem snuggling into a dog bed where there already is a dog or two! Lillie does not bark when people come to the front door and all the other resident dogs are barking. However, she will bark and play growl/talk at other dogs when she would like to play!
Lillie still does pause and sometimes will skitter away if she is unsure of the person approaching her. She likes to sit in your lap or close by however she does freeze when you are going to pick her up.  She is working on being house-trained. She does a good job of going potty (1 & 2) outside when let out frequently. She is more consistent going potty on a deck surface but is learning that grass isn’t too bad. Currently she has a fenced in yard and we will be working on leash walking next.    Lillie will be having the opportunity to meet children of different ages in the upcoming weeks and I will provide an update at that time. She has done great with teenagers and both male and female adults.  Loves dogs! Unsure about cats as she has not met any with us.
