Nora is a c urious, cuddly, sometimes apprehensive girl. She is gentle with kids (around infant now toddler) but should be around adults that protect Nora from grabby kids.

She loves to be next to her human(s) and does not like to to be away from them for too long. She will let you know and will bark if she gets left behind on a couch or bed.

She doesn't love her paws touched or being crated, as she spent too much time locked up before she came into rescue.

Nora will chew on toys for a little bit. She has poor vision, but knows how to go up the stairs. She is normal but sometimes does not see clearly the treat you are holding in front of her. She will also struggle at times knowing where sounds are coming from as she hears them but does not always know what direction the sound is coming from. That means if you call her name she takes off in a different direction, but if you keep calling her name she can catch the direction you are in. She would do best with a family that can be home with her a lot. She wants to snuggle and be close. So far she has not taken to walking on a leash. She stays fairly close when going outside to potty, she does not like to explore the outdoors very much. She potties and is ready to go inside. A yard with a small area gated to keep her in would be best so she can do her business and come back inside.

As of now she is working on potty training, she will potty outside if she is taken out routinely. She needs human supervision to make sure she potties.
