Meet Rusty!

Rusty is a 7 yr old, 16lb breeder release that came into rescue in March. He has been vetted, dental, neuter, had a hernia repair and is ready for his forever home.

Rusty has the sweetest disposition. He is a quiet little guy, but doesn't like to be left alone for too long. He is learning to play with toys and house training. He does sleep through the night with no accidents.  Rusty loves sleeping in bed, sitting next to you and will sleep on his back, that's when you know he's comfortable in his environment. 

His right eye has an old injury, as you can see in photos, but the vet feels no treatment is necessary for now and can see only a little bit out of it.  

Rusty doesn't mind children, but older, respectful children are a must for him. 

He is a quick learner and growing to trust people around him.
